The Dragon is a strong symbol in the history of Château Quintus. According to Western myths, this formidably intelligent being with keen eyesight had a role of protector of a fabulous treasure. Inspired by its unique location, overlooking the Saint Emilion plateau, Château Quintus was inspired by this history and thus chose the Dragon as the name for its second wine, like a formidable guardian of its precious terroir.
